A well-loved musical based on the Gospel according to Matthew, Godspell, features a comedic troupe of eccentric players who team up with Jesus to teach his lessons in a new age through parables, games, and tomfoolery. Godspell also features the international hit, “Day by Day”, as well as an eclectic blend of songs ranging from pop to vaudeville, as Jesus’ life is played out onstage.

- Heartiest congratulations to all concerned in the opening night performance of this delightful musical. I sang and danced (in my seat) throughout the play as did my companion – who wasn’t born when I last saw the show. Thank-you for a most enjoyable evening taking me back to a time when we “knew” we could cure all the ills of the world if we could only learn to love one another.

- My group on both Saturday and Sunday were overwhelmed with the talent displayed by the cast of Godspell and we all thoroughly enjoyed the show. Some had seen it up to 40 years ago but for me it was a whole new experience and I found it amazing and wonderful. I even got tearful when Jesus went to the cross – and was pleased to discover I was not the only one.
I have to say Liane that in recent times everything connected with your shows just get better and better. The shows are very professional and the welcome we get on arrival is very special – not to mention the carrot cake. Please pass my thanks on to everyone connected with putting on a show to the high standards that you end up producing. The music, the set up, the lighting, just everything is done so well, so thanks to you all. I think we in Hervey Bay are extremely fortunate to have an Amateur Theatre of the calibre of ZPAC.
I am disappointed I won’t be here to see “Driving Miss Daisy” but I have already got tickets booked for my Probus people.

- Absolutely brilliant show once again m’dear on perf # 3 – just how good are they going to be on closing night! Bold & confident voices from a cast I sensed I hadn’t seen much of in earlier productions but that may have been as the chorus was clad in black & sadly I didn’t catch Graham’s panto in Dec. Music Director a treat to chat with at interval & she opened second half in great voice. I think the petite Phillipina dynamo stole the show & many hearts in the audience as well -strong voice, great moves. ZPac continues to go from strength to strength! Bravo to you all ~ It’s going to be a terrific 2018
